Microsoft today unveiled its new Office 365 consumer and business plans, which will replace and improve the existing Office 365 consumer plans. Unlike its predecessor, these plans now include unlimited access to all Office services available to users running Windows Enterprise. Microsoft 365 plans to include everything that is already included in Office for 365, including the latest Office features that were also announced today, as well as the latest Office products and services. Depending on the plan you purchased, you can also get unlimited access to Office 2019, Office 365 Business and Office 2018. Office for 365 plans also include unlimited use of the latest Office products and services available on Windows 10 and Windows Server 2016. Office365 applications also feature mobile versions that help your business do more on the way, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and OneNote. The new Microsoft 365 consumer and business plans for Microsoft Office 2017 include the following Office 2019 applications: Office 2016, Word and Excel for Business and Outlook for Business, as well as the new Office Mobile applications for Windows Phone, Windows 8.1, Android and iOS. Office 365 includes all of Microsoft's most popular Office apps for desktop and mobile devices, including Office 2015, 2016 and 2017, as well as Microsoft Edge, Microsoft Teams and Microsoft OneDrive. Overall, Microsoft 365 is largely the same, and many of the features feel like they have been added to Office 365 anyway. The bottom line is that it is a good product, running pretty smoothly and is a solid product at the moment. [Sources: 1, 11]

All you need to do is enter your school's email address on this page on the Microsoft website to get started with Office 365 for free. Microsoft 365 will launch on April 21, but if you can't wait, you can sign up and get many of the features and use them right away. If you are a student at a private school, college, university or even a small business, there is a good chance that you will get free access to Microsoft, including access via the free Office for Business and Office Professional versions of Office. There is a fourth subscription package called Office 365 Premium, which is available for $30 a month for a total of $1,000 a year. Exchange hosting free of charge, as well as access to Exchange Server, Exchange Hosting and Exchange Online. [Sources: 6, 12]

The next level of the package is called Microsoft 365 Business Standard, formerly called Office 365 Business Premium, which has now become Microsoft 365 Business Premium. It is a little more complicated than what it is supposed to be, but the brand is largely the same as the previous version of Office, Office Professional Plus, while the price remains the same. This is similar to the Family and Personality Issues, previously known as "Office 365 Home" and "Personal," which are intended for users with a single device and only one user. Not to be confused with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Office365, although they are separate products despite their similar branding and are not part of the Microsoft Office product range. As with the productivity suite "Office 365," the subscription package for Microsoft 365 includes all the above-mentioned functions as well as Office 365 Business Premium, Office Professional Plus and Business Standard. [Sources: 6]
All Office 365 customers license Office 365 as part of the Microsoft 365 plan and will use the Admin Center just like any other Microsoft product. All Microsoft 365 users also have access to "office 365 Business Premium, Office Professional Plus and Business Standard," and all users can subscribe to them without having to subscribe to "Microsoft 365." All these programs are available and free of charge in the Windows Store, Microsoft Store and Microsoft Office Online as well as in Microsoft's admin centers.
