Every Khoneketa account has an owner who serves as the default primary contact and has all user permissions to request and make changes. 

 

If you're an account owner, you can request a transfer of ownership to another user in the case where they will be taking over your business along with all services linked to it.

 

Please note that this form should not be used when requesting a transfer of individual services from one profile to another. If this is what you require, we will have to complete a verification check and require verbal confirmation from both parties before services can be transferred.

 

In order to process a Change of Account Ownership,  email us an Affidavit accompanied by a copy of certified ID from both parties to [email protected].
